It is our sole mission to empower young people to overcome opposition as
they pursue and live their dreams.
Author, Recording Artist, Anti-Bullying Activist, Humanitarian, 15yr old Jhala Angelique understands what it’s like to experience a loss of hope, identity, & self esteem. Now as a conqueror, she strives to empower, build self worth, & restore confidence through her Anti-Bullying Campaign via The California Youth At Risk Intervention Program.
Having experienced the frustration, isolation, and pain of bullying, I know first hand how such a negative experience can impact one's life. Victims tend to feel like they are alone and some even feel as though they are the cause of the attacks. These attacks start off mildly and become more harsh, aggressive and physical over time, which leads the victims to feel as if their situation is hopeless.
Jhala Angelique's "I Am Anti-Bullying Workshop & Campaign" as a whole, is designed to help the victims of bullying better cope with and overcome their situations. It's also designed to empower, to inspire, and build the self esteem and confidence of the youth. The workshop will provide the young people with additional tools to assist them in their battle against bullying. Furthermore, the "I AM Anti-Bullying Campaign" will not only bring awareness to bullying, but will assist in recognizing other victims, support friends and classmates, with hopes of preventing future occurrences of bullying.
